Address: ►What we do: In a nutshell, we act as the middleman between European publishers and their customers in North America. In addition to offering the hundreds of books in our catalog, we will also broker large orders for libraries. If you don't see the book(s) you are looking for in our catalog, please email us and we will try to get it for you - but we will add on our costs, if necessary. While we do not normally charge prices higher than the publisher's, we do occasionally add onto the price if our costs are higher than the price of the book. We will let you know if this is the case. Associations, societies and some textbook publishers do not normally discount to distributors (us) in which case we cannot extend a discount to the customer, and do add on our costs. Please note that publishers change their prices periodically and foreign currency exchange rates fluctuate and we are not responsible for these price increases. ►We DO NOT normally discount to the book trade - our books are imports and obtaining them is expensive in terms of airfreight and banking costs. ►All prices are net and do not include shipping charges. ►Privacy Policy: We do not sell, distribute, or make available our customer's personal information. We do not keep credit card numbers on file unless you request us to keep it for future sales. All emails with credit card information are immediately deleted from our email system. Our fulfillment system is not connected to the internet and is not accessible in any way to outside parties - which keeps your information secure. In addition, we do not use intrusive "cookies" which store information about your visit on your hard disk, which many booksellers do without your knowledge nor permission. If you would like to order a book, you can just cut & paste the titles into an email message. There is no need to subscribe, fill out any intrusive questionnaires, or "secret passwords" in order to get one of our catalogs or to purchase a book from us.
